USTA National Boys' 14 Clay Court Championships
The USTA National Boys' 14 Clay Court Championships is the premier clay court tennis tournament for boys aged 14 and under in the United States. This event will take place at the Jimmy Evert Tennis Center from July 18-25, 2010. Entries close on June 24, 2010 at noon (EST).
The City of Fort Lauderdale is honored to be selected to host this prestigious event, which will draw many of the top players from around the country, their families and coaches.
Some notable players who have participated in this event over the past years are: Andy Roddick, Jim Courier, MaliVai Washington, Vince Spadea, Tommy Ho, Bob Bryan, Mike Bryan, Justin Gimelstob, Paul Goldstein, Taylor Dent, and Donald Young.
The USTA National Boys' 14 Clay Court Championships is a non-funded event. Therefore, the City of Fort Lauderdale must depend on the generous contributions from local businesses, individuals, and organizations.
