Light Up the Beach is free and open to the public.

- Remarks from Elected Officials
- Lighting of more than 10,000 LED lights on holiday decorations along A1A and Las Olas Blvd.
- Illuminating a Larger-Than-Life Centennial Light Display
- Free Giveaways

After Light Up the Beach, don't miss the holiday activities at the W Hotel at 401 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard. The W’s grand valet area will be transformed into Santa’s Workshop complete with a one-of-a-kind, larger-than-life, Ferrari-powered W sleigh, including a red "Rudolph" Ferrari. Santa’s helpers, the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders and Santa Claus’ studley local ambassador, Bliss Spa’s Bliss Guy, will be on-hand to greet fans, pose for photos and accept donations.
